Truck collides with bike, one dead

Bihar road accident: Today in Patna, a speeding truck hit a bike, in which one bike rider died, while the other was seriously injured. The injured has been immediately admitted to Patna AIIMS where his condition is said to be very serious. Here, the driver of the truck is absconding leaving the truck after the accident. The incident took place near Bochachak of Phulwari police station in the capital.
On Sunday, vegetable vendors Virendra Kumar (40) and Vicky Kumar (30), residents of Sabjapura, were returning home from Janipur on the same bike. As soon as he reached Bochachak, a speeding truck hit his bike hard. In this accident, Virendra died on the spot, while Vicky was badly injured. Vicky’s condition is quite worrying. Here, as soon as the information about Virendra’s death was received, the family members reached the spot. The family members are in bad condition crying.
After the accident, the local people kept the body on the road and blocked the AIIMS-Phulwari road for two hours. The angry mob also broke the glass of the truck. Not only this, angry people also pushed the police who went to talk to the crowd. The police somehow pacified the angry crowd and sent the body to Patna AIIMS for post-mortem.
