The match between India and Pakistan was completely washed out due to rain on September 2. The match was canceled after giving one point each to both the teams. But this will not happen in the match between India and Pakistan on Sunday. If the match between India and Pakistan is stopped due to bad weather, then on September 11 the game will start from the same place from where it was stopped.

Reserve day has also been kept for the final match

Reserve day will not be used in any other match except India and Pakistan. This year Pakistan was to host Asia Cup 2023. But India did not go there to play. In view of this, most of the matches including the finals are being played in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has decided to hold the Asia Cup Super-4 and final matches in Colombo only, as there are signs of improvement in the weather conditions in the Sri Lankan capital. If the weather conditions do not improve then reserve day will be used in the final match also.
