New Delhi: Former Indian captain Virat Kohli has bought another house in Mumbai. The dashing batsman, playing in the Border Gavaskar Trophy, has bought a luxury bungalow in Alibaug ahead of the Indore Test. Virat Kohli has bought a 2000 sq ft villa in Mumbai’s Alibaug area a day earlier on 23rd February. The cost of this luxury bungalow of Kohli is said to be Rs 6 crore.
This is Kohli’s second property in this luxury area of Mumbai. Earlier, after marriage, Kohli and wife Anushka Sharma had bought a house in Omkar Towers in Worli area of Mumbai. This property of Virat located in Alibaug is also wonderful. According to a report, advocate Mahesh Mhatre told that Kohli likes this bungalow because of its natural beauty. Mahesh Mhatre is the legal advisor to Avas Living Alibaug LLP. He told that Virat Kohli’s brother Vikas Kohli completed the formalities at the sub-registrar’s office. Kohli has paid stamp duty of 36 lakhs. Here Virat will also get a 400 square feet swimming pool.
He said that Virat Kohli is currently with Team India for the ongoing Border Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. In such a situation, in his absence, the brother completed the whole process.
