Meanwhile, an important news has come out regarding Virat Kohli. There are reports that he may be removed from the T-20 World Cup to be played in June.

According to reports, the Indian selectors are not interested in including Virat Kohli in Team India for the T20 World Cup 2024. The main reason for this is believed to be that Virat Kohli has not completed his leadership role in T-20 cricket format. Virat has not played a single T20 International match after the 2022 T20 World Cup. Only, his clash with Rohit Sharma during the T20 International series against Afghanistan would have been included. Later, BCCI Secretary Jai Shah spoke about Rohit Sharma as India’s captain in the T20 World Cup, but did not mention anything specific about Virat’s T20 future.

According to the report, BCCi’s chief selector Ajit Agarkar has selected Virat Kohli. The reason being that this is a sensitive issue, most people stay away from the process. It is noteworthy that Agarkar had discussed about changing the style in Virat T20.
