After launching its new Channels feature in India, messaging platform WhatsApp is about to make a major update to the Channels feature. In fact, the channel is reportedly working on a feature to control the automatic deletion of media from your device. According to the screenshot shared by WABetaInfo, there will be a new section called “Channel Settings” where users can choose whether photos and videos shared within the channel can be deleted from the device.
