Wimbledon: Wawrinka will face Djokovic, match continues with Tsitsipas of ‘Andy Murray’

London: Two-time Wimbledon champion Andy Murray continues his match against third seed Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece on Friday. But it will not be the only important contest on Friday. The match was halted at 11 p.m. Thursday after two hours and 52 minutes, with Murray leading by two sets and the score at 6-7(3), 7-6(2), 6-4. World No. 1 and top seed Carlos Alcaraz will take on Frenchman Alexander Muller for a place in the last 32. The win advanced to the third round of Wimbledon for the first time since 2018. An emotional Vekic could not hold back tears during her on-court interview.
