Batting first, the team led by Harmanpreet Kaur scored 160 runs losing six wickets in 20 overs. In response, UP could score only 118 runs after losing nine wickets in 20 overs.

Mumbai Indians won the 14th match of the Women’s Premier League against UP Warriors by 43 runs. The team led by Harmanpreet Kaur took revenge for the defeat suffered by UP in the last match. Chasing the target of 161 runs, UP did not have a special start. Alyssa Haley and Kiran Navgire proved to be flops. The Indian batsman scored only seven runs. The team got the second blow in the form of Chamari Atapattu. She was out after scoring three runs. Captain Alyssa Haley also could not stay on the field for long. Shabnim Ismail bowled him on the first ball of the fifth over.
Deepti Sharma scored the most runs for UP against Mumbai. She scored 53 runs with the help of six fours and two sixes and remained unbeaten with Rajeshwari Gaikwad (one run). Apart from this, Grace Harris scored 1, Shweta Sehrawat scored 17, Sophie Ecclestone scored zero, Uma Chhetri scored eight and Saima Thakur scored zero. Mumbai has set a target of 161 runs against UP Warriors. Mumbai Indians, who came to bat first after winning the toss, did not have a special start. The first blow to the team came in the form of Haley Mathews, who was made her victim by Chamari Atapattu. Haley could score only four runs. At the same time, Yastika Bhatia was out after scoring nine runs and was sent to the pavilion by Chamari. Nate Siver Brunt, who played a steady innings for Mumbai, was out after scoring 35 runs. There was a partnership of 59 runs between Nate and Harmanpreet Kaur for the third wicket.
