Must do 4 yoga stretches before sleeping

cat cow pose

1. Sit on your knees on the bed.
2. Now keep the hands under the shoulders while bending the body forward.
3. After this, inhale and lift the neck upwards.
4. During this, you have to bring the waist down.
5. After feeling the stretch, bring the head down while exhaling.
6. During this, you have to raise the waist towards the sky.
7. Do 5 rounds on the bed like this.

Get up easily and do this yoga in bed

puppy pose

1. Now bend down from the cat cow pose and spread the hands on the bed in front.
2. Your chest, chin and shoulders will also stay on the bed.
3. During this, you have to keep the hips above the knees.
4. Do 2 rounds like this.

swim legs

1. To do this stretch, lie down on your stomach.
2. Support the chin with the palms by resting your elbows on the bed.
3. Now bend the knees and bring the ankles near the hips.
4. After this, you have to move your legs as if you are swimming.
5. Keep doing this stretch for 1 minute.

Scorpion

1. To do this stretch, lie flat on your stomach.
2. Now spread both the hands equal to the shoulders.
3. After this, take the right paw from the top of the hips and take it near the left hand.
4. Then you have to straighten the right leg and take the left paw near the right hand.
5. Do 6 rounds like this.
