7th Pay Commission DA Hike: Another good news has come out for the government employees. The Madhya Pradesh government has increased the dearness allowance to appease the employees in the election year.
Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s government has increased the DA of all employees by 4 percent. Now, like the Central Government employees, the state government employees will also get 42 percent dearness allowance. Apart from this, this allowance will be given to the employees by adding it to their salary from this month itself. The special thing is that the employees will also get arrears of 6 months.
Will get the benefit of arrears in 3 installments
The Madhya Pradesh government has announced that the employees will get 42% dearness allowance at par with the Centre. Arrears of dearness allowance will also be given from January to June. But, it will be released in 3 installments. At present, the employees in the state are getting 38 per cent dearness allowance. But, from June it has been increased to 42 percent. This will benefit the employee-officer from Rs 400 to Rs 6000 every month.
Important announcements of the Government of Madhya Pradesh
State employees are to be given dearness allowance at par with the Centre. Now the employees will be given 42 percent dearness allowance. This will be paid from January 2023 itself. But, the balance from January to June will be given in 3 installments. Apart from this, there will be a uniform increase in the dearness allowance of all the employees taking the sixth pay scale.
Employees completing 35 years will get benefits
Madhya Pradesh government has taken another important decision. Employees who have completed 35 years of service by July 1, 2023 will also be given the fourth time scale pay scale.
