Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya Siddiqui and children reached the court, while the actor attended the hearing through video conferencing. The actor’s mother was also present inside the court. After the hearing, the lawyers were questioned about the verdict, to which they replied that today’s hearing was positive and the court has given some terms and conditions to both the parties, under which they will work from tomorrow. He further told that no information can be shared at this time.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife agreed on these issues:
Nawazuddin Siddiqui is in charge of the education of the children.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui also has the responsibility of raising his children.
There are no restrictions or terms and conditions for either of the parents to meet the children.
Children’s education will be in Dubai.
Meanwhile, the court will review the matter in June.

Earlier this week, Nawazuddin filed a defamation case against brother Shamsuddin Siddiqui and wife Aaliya. The actor has demanded Rs 100 crore and an apology.
