Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp

Jaggery – 1 cup

Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp

Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

Black salt – 1/2 tsp

Asafoetida – 1 pinch

Oil – 2 tbsp

Water – 1 cup

To make Mango Launji, first wash the raw mango with clean water. After this wipe the mangoes with cotton cloth. Then peel the mango peel and cut it into long pieces and separate its kernels. Then put 2 spoons of oil in the pan and put it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add other spices including mustard, fennel, asafoetida and cumin. After this fry them for some time.

If you want to keep it slightly sour, then you can also increase the quantity of jaggery. After this add chaat masala and garam masala to the launji and mix.
