Aayush Sharma reveals the secret behind Ruslaan’s physical transformation

Actor Aayush Sharma, who is currently awaiting the release of his upcoming film Ruslaan, recently talked about his journey of physical transformation for the film. The actor’s shirtless look in the film has been the talk of the town since its trailer release. The actor shared a video of himself and mentioned how he put himself through a rigorous schedule to not only land the role but also to persevere through the stunts given to him.

Talking about his fitness regime the actor said, “This is when the director says we shoot a shirtless body fight in 25 days. This is supposed to be in Azerbaijan, and we shoot at -6 degrees. Abs, which are cinematic, are the ones that can betray you very quickly, and your abs come back out, though. Not Healthy, I Try My Best Contrary to popular opinion, maintaining shooting conditions all year round is neither healthy nor advisable.

Ayush told that he had injured his shoulder, after which he started working out comfortably. The actor further said, the body had adapted to the diet, so I started eating home-cooked food to make things better. But when Karan narrated the action sequence I was thrilled and excited, I knew it would be the best and most challenging sequence of ‘Ruslaan’. Not only for me but also for the entire team. Snowy climate and uncontrolled shooting locations. But the entire team of ‘Ruslaan’ was excited to shoot this sequence.
