Abhishek Bachchan recently revealed that he was initially offered a role in the acclaimed Hindi film ‘Rang De Basanti’. Abhishek Bachchan made this comment during the Hindi Actors Roundtable on Galata Plus. He also mentioned that Rakesh Mehra had presented the film to Amitabh Bachchan with the hope that it would be produced under ABCL.

Abhishek did not reveal which specific role he was offered in the film. He said “That’s when I realized that Rakesh is the world’s worst storyteller.
