The actress also said that she never had an answer as to why this happened.

Talking about how sad she was being dropped from films, Aishwarya said that she was shocked and confused as she did not know why this was happening. The actress revealed that she never spoke to Shah Rukh about this as it was not in her nature to do so. According to him, if a person feels the need to explain it, they will. If they never did, they never intended to.

In another throwback interview, Shah Rukh apologized to Aishwarya for not being a part of ‘Chalte Chalte’. The superstar said that he is personally very sad that Aishwarya could not attend. The actor called him a very close friend and added that he has done some really amazing films with him and they get along really well. However, Starr said that his hands were tied as a producer, as he was not the only producer. He wanted to finish the film in 3-4 months. SRK said that although he was sure that the film would be made with him as well, it was not meant to be.
