He was produced in the court of Civil Judge Tanya Gupta through video conferencing on Tuesday. A hearing has been held on the application for police custody remand in the court. At present, after hearing in the magistrate’s court, it has reserved its decision. However, Samar Singh, who is in jail, is very scared. He wrote a letter to the court before the hearing today. Through the letter, Samar Singh sought permission from the court to appear through video call. He was also given permission in this matter.

Samar Singh was sent to judicial custody for 14 days by the court. Bhojpuri actress Akanksha ended her life on March 26 in a hotel room in Varanasi.
