At present, the court has sent Samar Singh to judicial custody for 14 days. After this, Samar Singh was also taken to Deendayal Hospital for medical. However, problems arose for Samar Singh even outside the court when people ran him out of the court. People ran to kill Samar Singh. However, the police were fully prepared for security. Bhojpuri actress Akanksha ended her life on March 26 in a hotel room in Varanasi.

However, no suicide note was found after his death. Samar Singh and Sanjay Singh were the main accused in the case. Samar was finally arrested in Ghaziabad. A ‘lookout’ notice was issued against Samar Singh and his brother Sanjay Singh after the actress was found dead. A case was registered against the two men under Indian Penal Code section 306 (abetment/abetment to suicide) on the complaint of the actress’ mother. Samar was hiding in a housing society in Raj Nagar Extension area of ​​Nandgram police station area in Ghaziabad. The Varanasi police team took Samar with them to Varanasi.

As per the FIR, Akanksha’s mother had alleged, “My daughter lost her life due to their harassment.” Akanksha Dubey/her mother’s lawyer S Shekhar Tripathi has questioned the post-mortem report and said that he is taking the advice of medical experts, after which he will prepare questions for the police. Tripathi on Wednesday demanded a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or CB-CID probe into the matter. In a letter sent to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, he has claimed that the actress did not commit suicide, but was murdered by someone in the hotel room.
