On Tuesday, Karan Johar took to Instagram to share a picture of himself with Alia and Ranveer Singh, who worked as the lead pair in ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’.
He praised Alia and Ranveer for their amazing performances. But, one thing that many people liked on social media was that Karan Johar called ‘Highway’ the real launch of Alia. He wrote a long note along with the picture, he wrote, “Before the year ends I am sharing it with all of you. I had not directed Alia since 2012 and the day she came on the set, her look made me feel that we have the queen I had always imagined. Then along came an artist for whom I was not prepared. I can’t take any credit, I will always be grateful to Imtiaz Ali for taking her forward in life and molding her as an actress. Technically this is their launch. His real launch as an artiste will always be ‘Highway’.” He further wrote, “His mind was constantly questioning Rani.
