Mumbai | Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is all set to play the role of goddess Sita in Nitesh Tiwari’s much-awaited film ‘Ramayan’. As per media reports, Alia Bhatt will play the role of Sita opposite real-life husband Ranbir Kapoor in the film Ramayana. Actor Ranbir Kapoor will play the role of Lord Ram in the film.
As per media reports, the film is completely on track. Recently, Alia was also spotted outside Nitesh Tiwari’s office. Nitesh is known for films like ‘Dangal’, ‘Chhichhore’. She is currently busy with ‘Bawal’ starring Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor. This film is based on world war.
Alia and Ranbir last worked in the film ‘Brahmastra’. Now they will be seen together in the film Ramayana. It is known that Ranbir and Alia are husband and wife. The couple also has a daughter.
