Los Angeles. American television actress Paris Hilton spoke openly about increasing her family.
In the season 2 premiere episode of ‘Paris in Love,’ the 43-year-old multi-hyphenate mom explains how and why she decided to use surrogate to welcome 10-month-old son Phoenix Barron.
She admitted that taking surrogacy was a difficult decision, reports People magazine.
She added, “The baby is biologically mine and Carter’s, so we decided to adopt him through a surrogate.”
Paris’s husband Carter Reum reiterated those concerns for Paris and their son in the statement where he talked about his vision for their family’s future.
“We want our family to grow up and live a normal life and not just be known as the Paris kid,” he said, as quoted by People.
Carter added, “We have to think about safety.
“Being a wife and a mother, my fans are excited to see this next phase of my life,” Paris recently said while talking about the new season of her reality series.
