Now in the recent episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 15, Amitabh Bachchan has revealed that he wanted to join the Indian Air Force before pursuing acting, but failed to do so.

When Amitabh Bachchan asked contestant Jeetendra Kumar if he always wanted to be an accountant, Jeetendra replied, “No, I really wanted to go to the Air Force. I also went to appear for many exams for NDA. A friend of mine told me that even though you had given the exam for the Air Force, is it true?”

The megastar then further said, “When I completed my schooling, I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I lived in Delhi with my family and an Army Major General lived nearby. He once came to our house and asked my father to send me and told him that I would become a big officer in the Army, but I wanted to go to the Air Force. but nothing happened.

Amitabh Bachchan said, “When I went for the interview, they rejected me saying that my legs were too long. I would not be eligible for the Air Force.”

‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 15’ airs from Monday to Friday at 9 pm on Sony TV. You can also stream it on SonyLIV app. As far as the format is concerned, there have been some changes in the show.
