By that time, ‘Pavitra Rishta’ had already aired, but I had no idea of ​​the kind of response the show was getting. One day I decided to go to Lalbaugcha Raja for darshan. I went there in a taxi and there I got to see the result of my hard work.

As soon as my friend and I got out of the taxi, people gathered around me and all they said was that we will get Ganpati darshan done for you in a few minutes and in return I just have to click some pictures with them. It was that moment that made me realize that I had become something.

She said: I went to South Africa for the invite, there I saw people shouting my name with joy. It was a surreal experience because I couldn’t process how much people loved me. It is unbelievable to see how much success TV gives you, not only in India but also abroad. Our shows are still on-air and are being dubbed in the respective languages.

While actress Divyanka said, my first show was ‘Banoon Main Teri Dulhann’ and I had no idea about how this industry works. One day when I went to Singapore for a carnival, my elder sister was yelling at me for not dressing properly.

Once we reached the site, people started chanting the name of my character ‘Vidya’ and seeing the reaction of the audience, my sister started crying. I saw my sister cry for the first time and they were tears of joy.

Apart from these, actress Urvashi said: I remember going to a small village near Surat where I was invited as a guest. When I went there, I saw that there were 25,000 people waiting for me. I panicked and ran back to my car because I hadn’t imagined it. All this is the power of TV.
