AR Rahman reacts on poor management of concert, organizers apologize

Chennai. Music Guru Ar. Rahman responded to the confusion during his concert ‘Marakkamma Nenjaam’ on Sunday night.
Show organizers ACTC Events issued a statement thanking Rahman for his show and apologizing to fans who were unable to attend his concert due to confusion over entry.
ACTC Events in its post on X (formerly Twitter) said, “Grateful to Chennai and AR Rahman sir. The incredible response, the huge crowd made our show a huge success. We sincerely apologize for those who could not attend due to crowding. We take full responsibility. We are with you. Marakkumma Nenjam.
Rehman shared the post without any comment and also reposted a fan’s message thanking him as a memento.
Many fans became furious after not being able to get entry into the concert. He complained that the show’s tickets were oversold. It was a colossal failure of the organisers.
The concert took place at Adityaram Palace in Chennai. Many fans were disappointed and angry at not being able to attend the concert due to overcrowding.
Fans who had purchased tickets at the rate of Rs 2000 were also unable to enter and many complained about the poor management of the event. He also blamed AR Rahman’s team for poor management.
