forgery about the concert
In his complaint, Tarun Chowdhary of Tarish Entertainment Pvt Ltd stated that he was officially organizing the live music concert of singer Arijit Singh. But an Instagram account named ‘Green House India’, through a fake poster, is posing as the producer of the concert and offering free tickets to promote their restaurant.
Police registered the case under these sections
Acting on the complaint, the police have registered a case under sections 419 (cheating by person), 420 (cheating) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code at the Cybercrime police station in Sector 17.
