Awez Darbar got injured during rehearsals, said goodbye to Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa

Mumbai . YouTube sensation and dance creator Awez Darbar will bid goodbye to the dance show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ after just one performance. Actually, he met with an accident during rehearsals.

A source told IANS that while rehearsing her second act for the dance reality show, Awez suffered a knee injury, which resulted in a grade 3 MCL tear on her right leg. Because of this he will not be able to be a part of the dancer reality show. It will take at least 2 months for him to start dancing again.

Awez impressed the judges of ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ with her performance on the sets of the reality show last week. The creator entered the dance show as a wild card. She gave a power-packed performance on the song ‘Aala Re Aala’ from the film ‘Simmba’ and got a score of 27 from the judges.

While working towards her dream of making it big in the dance industry, Awez started her YouTube and Instagram journey in 2014. In 2018, he came to TikTok, where he gained immense popularity.
