This wrestler has written, ‘Sub-junior and junior competitions have not been held for the last two years. Wrestlers are not getting a chance to show their skills because a big crisis has arisen due to three senior players and politics over them. Minor withdraws case against Brij Bhushan
Interestingly, the minor who had filed the sexual harassment complaint against Brij Bhushan has written a letter to UWW admitting that her father had filed a fake complaint against the former WFI president. He even said that he did this under the influence of Poonia, Phogat and Malik. He has written, ‘This was all fake. Nothing wrong happened with me. I came under pressure from these top three wrestlers but I had no idea what they really wanted from me. Many other wrestlers have also written that there is nothing left in the careers of Punia, Phogat and Malik. They can take the risk of getting involved in controversies but because of them the careers of other wrestlers are being adversely affected.
