Mumbai . The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Tuesday announced changes in the schedule of two matches of IPL 2024.

The match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals, which was earlier scheduled for April 17 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata, will now be played a day earlier on April 16, while the match between Gujarat Titans and Delhi Capitals, which was earlier scheduled for April 16, will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium. Earlier on Monday, Cricbuzz had reported that the schedule of matches may be changed due to Ram Navami festival and Lok Sabha elections.

KKR, with two wins from two matches, are currently in Visakhapatnam, where they will face Delhi Capitals on April 3.

Rajasthan Royals are on top with three wins from three matches, and will next face Royal Challengers Bangalore on April 6 in Jaipur.
