Berlin Games 2023: Ayushmann Khurrana gave special message to Special Olympics India athletes

New Delhi | Special Olympics India has ramped up the preparation of athletes ahead of the Special Olympics World Summer Games to be held in Berlin, Germany from June 17 to 25.

India is sending a 280-strong contingent comprising 198 athletes and partners, along with 57 coaches, who will compete in 16 sporting disciplines at the prestigious event.

With just over a month left for the Berlin Games, the nation is gearing up to congratulate the athletes and show them their support.

Indian film industry actor and producer Ayushmann Khurrana also shared a special message for the Indian contingent on his official social media platform.

Khurana said that the athletes of Special Olympics India are an inspiration to all and wished them all the best for the upcoming competition.

Ayushmann said, “Due to my profession, I have had the opportunity to meet some amazing personalities who have shown determination and tremendous will power in their lives and have proved that human beings have unlimited potential to achieve greatness. These magical personalities have been an inspiration to all.

The Special Olympics India team is a prime example of this, he said. I convey my best wishes to all the participants of the Special Olympics India team for the upcoming Olympic World Summer Games to be held in Berlin, Germany. I am sure all our athletes will make the country proud. I am supporting him with all my might and will continue to encourage him.
