Mumbai Known for films like ‘Rock On’, ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ and ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’, Bollywood actor-director-producer Farhan Akhtar’s film ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ completes 10 years. In this, he played the role of Indian sports legend Milkha Singh.
‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ released a decade ago and the film told the story of Indian sports legend Milkha Singh who won the Asian Games. He is the only athlete to win gold in 400m at the Commonwealth Games. He also won gold medals in the 1958 and 1962 Asian Games.
On the 10th anniversary of the film directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Farhan expressed his gratitude on social media.
Sharing different phases of her character’s life on screen, she wrote in the caption, “10 years since the release of a film that has held a lot of significance in my career and my life. The point is that it holds a place in your hearts as well. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart to Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra for making me a part of this film.
The film was awarded two titles at the 61st National Film Awards.
