Bhola: 13 crores on the first day, will compete with the Dasara

On Thursday, March 30, Ajay Devgan is going to appear in front of the audience once again after four and a half months. This time too he is going to be seen in the Hindi remake of the South Blockbuster film. He has also directed this film named Bhola himself and he has also played the lead role. Significantly, this film is a remake of Tamil film Kaithi, which was directed by Lokesh Kanakaraj. Released in the year 2019, the film did record business in South India. Bhola movie will be released in 3D. In the film, stars like Tabu, Amala Paul, Deepak Dobriyal, Sanjay Mishra and Abhishek Bachchan will be seen along with Ajay Devgan.

Bhola is the Hindi remake of the 2019 Tamil film Kaithi. It is about a man who is fearless. He is all set to take on drug-majors, corrupt officials and many more tragedies in his difficult 24-hour journey. This is the story of a father who will fight anyone who comes in the way of his quest to reach his daughter.

Bhola has sold a total of Rs 64 lakh tickets for the first day through advance booking. It was expected that the film would gain momentum in advance bookings on Wednesday but it has not happened. In such a situation, now the opening of the film depends on the walk-in audience.

The box office was hoping that Bhola would be successful in taking an opening of 18 to 20 crores at the box office on the first day due to the success of Drishyam-2, but looking at the advance booking and due to the examination, it is now felt that Bhola will open on the first day. Lagging behind Drishyam-2, it will be successful in doing business of around 13 crores at the box office. Drishyam-2 managed to do business of 15.38 crores on the first day.

Bhola is being counted among the biggest action films of Indian cinema. According to the news, this fourth film made under the direction of Ajay Devgan is going to redefine action. The actor himself has also agreed to this.

Bhola will also have to compete with southern super star Nani’s film Dasara at the box office. This film is also going to be released on Thursday, 30 March. However, due to Bhola, Dasara is being screened in very few theatres. But looking at the way the trailer of this film has connected the audience with it, it is felt that after some time Dasra shows like Kantara will be seen increasing in number of shows and theatres. Dasra is completely a film of laborers working on coal mines, which has a strong dose of action. It is also being said that the action of this film will leave Bhola behind.
