Big thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar gave clarification on WhatsApp chat case, denied his role

New Delhi (Uttam Hindu News): Amid speculations and allegations related to WhatsApp messages, alleged mastermind Sukesh Chandrashekhar, lodged in Jail-13, Mandoli, has issued a press statement denying his involvement in spreading any such material. Regarding the allegations by co-accused Jacqueline Fernandez, Chandrashekhar, in a press statement issued through his lawyer Anant Malik, clarified that all expressions of emotion or love for Fernandez follow legal channels strictly.

He said, there is no need for me to send it through any illegal means. Chandrashekhar is the main accused in the extortion case of Rs 200 crore. Expressing concern over the situation, Chandrashekhar has requested a thorough investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the alleged WhatsApp chats. He emphasizes on strict action against those responsible for creating and spreading “fake messages”.

Chandrashekhar also pointed to a possible technological angle, fearing the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create fake WhatsApp chats. His legal team is ready to file a complaint with the CBI for a detailed investigation into the matter. Chandrashekhar has urged an investigation into alleged bias in the Economic Offenses Wing investigation of Jacqueline Fernandez, significant financial transfers to a social media management firm for purchasing fake followers and investments by Fernandez’s father in an event management firm, among other aspects.

Regarding the alleged messages on Webex and WhatsApp, Chandrashekhar said the court had earlier ordered a detailed investigation, which concluded that no evidence of his messages existed. They have deliberately stirred up discussion on the issue and attempted to sensationalize it ahead of the upcoming hearing on Fernandes’ plea for quashing of the ED complaint before the Delhi High Court.

Questioning the credibility of the allegations against him, Chandrashekhar pointed to Fernandez’s steadfastness in their relationship despite the serious allegations. He also doubted the credibility of a Bollywood actress like Fernandez being cheated into a serious relationship for more than a year. Chandrashekhar urged the investigating agencies to thoroughly investigate the origin and purpose of the alleged fake chat. He said that his love for Fernandez is unwavering, wishing him a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to express his continued love.
