Mumbai Many celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla attended the reception of actor Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan and fitness trainer Nupur Shikhare. Actor Aamir Khan and producer Reena Dutta’s daughter Ira and Nupur got married on January 8 according to Christian customs in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Their marriage ceremony lasted for three days in which Sangeet, Mehendi and marriage ceremony were organised.

And Kapil Sharma also came to bless the newly-wed couple at the reception organized at Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center (NMACC) here on Saturday evening. Union Minister Smriti Irani, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde as well as industrialist couple Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani also attended the banquet.
At the ceremony, Ira wore a red embroidered lehenga and Nupur wore a black sherwani jacket and dhoti. Ira is the daughter of Aamir Khan and his first wife Dutta. He also has an elder son. The bride’s brother Junaid and step brother Azad Rao Khan also graced the ceremony. Aamir’s second ex-wife and filmmaker Kiran Rao did not attend the reception. Earlier, Ira had registered his marriage with Nupur on January 3 at a five-star hotel in suburban Mumbai. The two have been together for three years and got engaged in November 2023.
