There was a time when the name of Ramsay Brothers used to ring in the Hindi film industry. Ramsay Brothers’ horror films used to be blockbusters at the box office. He produced many films. For a long time no film has come in the market under the name of Ramsay Brothers. But now Sasha Ramsay, daughter of filmmaker Shyam Ramsay of this family, is coming forward as a director. These days she is directing the film One Way, through which Sanjay Khan’s son actor Zayed Khan is going to make a comeback in Bollywood. The film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead and Chahatt Khanna, who appeared in Ekta Kapoor’s soap opera Bade Achhe Lagte, will also be seen.

Bade Acche Lagte Hain actress Chahatt Khanna shared her happiness to be a part of Jacqueline Fernandez starrer One Way. He said that he is looking forward to explore various opportunities and take up challenging roles. One Way is a supernatural thriller, also starring Main Hoon Na actor Zayed Khan and directed by Sasha, daughter of filmmaker Shyam Ramsay. In the film, Chahat plays the role of a woman who mentors the character played by Jacqueline Fernandez. Apart from this, Chahat will also be seen in a film named Yatri these days. He said that both the films are completely different from each other and that is what makes Chahat happy.

Chahat will also be seen in another film titled Yatri. Talking about these projects, Chahat said, “I enjoy working in different mediums. However, films have a longer shelf life as compared to other mediums and that is the reason every actor aspires to do films. While I have been a part of many films in the past, my upcoming films will see me in characters that I have not played before. These films gave me an opportunity to showcase my potential as an actor and play characters that challenged me to push my limits.

The actress, known for films like Kumkum, Kajal, Qubool Hai and many more, says the most satisfying thing for her is getting a variety of roles and getting a chance to experiment and learn with each one.

As actors, we want to play a variety of roles. I’ve always made a conscious effort to make sure I don’t get stereotyped into an image. My endeavor is to surprise the audience every time you do a project. I have always strived to be a versatile actress and am grateful for the fact that I have had the opportunity to play a variety of characters all these years.
