– One bowl mango pulp
– Sugar powder as per taste
– A bowl of sweet and fresh curd
How to make mango block
– To make Amrakhand, spread a cotton cloth over a vessel.
Now wrap the fresh curd in a cloth and leave it hanging for 4-5 hours.
– After 4-5 hours the curd’s water will drain out then take it out in a bowl.
– Beat the curd well and add sugar to it as per taste.
Now take out the sweet mango pulp in a bowl with the help of a spoon and grind it smooth.
Now add curd to it, mix well and serve.
Spicy Halwa
This halwa is the best dessert to eat in summers. It is very easy to make Tikhur Halwa and also, eating it calms the heat in the stomach and keeps one from feeling hungry for a long time.
Material
– 250 grams tikhur
– half kilo milk
– sugar as per taste
– cardamom powder
Recipe to make Tikhur
To make Tikhur, wash Tikhur in water two to three times.
– Mix tikhur and water in a bowl and leave for 15 minutes.
– After 15 minutes the tikhur and water separate, then throw away the water.
– Repeat this process two to three times and keep the tikhur clean.
Now take a pan, add milk in it and cook till it boils.
Once the milk boils, add the tikhur and cook well.
– Tikhur has to be cooked until it separates from the pan.
– When the tikhur starts separating from the pan, turn off the gas and apply ghee in a tray.
– Spread the Tikhur in a tray and leave it to cool.
Once the tikhur gets cooled, cut it into square shapes and serve.
