Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Lemon – 1
Coriander leaves – to garnish
Method
First of all, take a leftover roti and then cut it into thin shapes like noodles with the help of a knife.
Chop onion, garlic, carrot, capsicum and cabbage finely.
Then place a pan on the gas and add oil as required and heat it.
Once the oil is hot, add garlic and onion and fry.
After frying onion and garlic, add capsicum, carrot and cabbage and fry them and mix well.
Cover and cook all these vegetables on low flame. Then add tomato sauce to it and mix.
After mixing tomato sauce in the mixture, add lemon juice.
Mix this well in noodles also. Now add chopped rotis i.e. noodles in it.
Mix the noodles in the mixture. Your tasty roti noodles are ready. Garnish with coriander and serve.
