In this recipe, the blogger has prepared a mixture using jaggery, celery, black pepper and ginger powder and some other ingredients. While sharing the recipe, the blogger wrote that drinking this mixture with warm water every morning and evening will provide relief from cough and cold in two days. Material-
½ cup water, 1 tbsp jaggery, ½ tsp green cardamom powder, ½ tsp ajwain, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp black salt and ½ tsp ginger powder.

First of all, take water in a pan and keep it to heat. Then add jaggery to it and mix well. After this, add green cardamom powder, celery, black pepper powder, black salt and ginger powder to this mixture and then leave it to cook. Leave this mixture to cool. After it cools down, put it in a container and keep it. Then drink one spoon each in the morning and evening with warm water.
