The definition of women centric films in Hindi cinema has been issue based stories. There are very few women centric films which have comedy, glamor and not just one but three A-listed actresses, this is what makes the crew special. But the film has failed on the most important aspect of the film, the story. The treatment of this film with a weak story is interesting, due to which the matter has not become burdensome, it has definitely become a time pass.

The story is far from reality
Hardly anyone has forgotten the incident of controversial businessman Vijay Mallya, who fled the country to London after taking a loan of crores of rupees from the bank, and the sinking of his Kingfisher Air Lines business. The story of the film Crew is also inspired by this. Geeta Sethi (Tabu), Jasmine (Kareena Kapoor Khan) and Divya Rana (Kriti Sanon) are working as air hostesses in Vijay Walia’s (Saraswat Chatterjee) airline Kohinoor. Along with these three, thousands of other employees of the airline have been working for the last six months. These three air hostesses, who have not received salaries and are struggling with financial crunch, get involved in gold smuggling. They start smuggling gold from India to Alberz and start fulfilling their needs and dreams with the money earned from it. Meanwhile She comes under the suspicion of customs officers and learns that the owner of her airline has fled the country and that the gold she smuggled in belonged to the airline owner, who had violated the rights of the employees. Made by killing. These three decide to bring back that gold. How they go to another country and bring back that gold and Vijay Walia. This is the story of that after the interval.

Advantages and disadvantages of the film

The story of the film Crew has been linked to fugitive Vijay Mallya and his sunken airline Kingfisher. The film seems interesting till the first half, when gold is being smuggled, but in the second half, the film completely moves away from reality. Is it so easy to bring Vijay Mallya to India? Well, if this aspect is left to cinematic liberty then the rest of the film’s treatment is entertaining. The film keeps you laughing and tickling the whole time. Because of which the film is saved from becoming cumbersome in the second half. The music of the film is full of recreated songs. From Maro Ghaghro to Choli Ke Peech Kya Hai in Delhi city, but these remixes have remained weak. Couldn’t do justice to these songs. The end credits song of the film Naina definitely sounds nice. The background music of the film has also not been able to do justice to the film.
