Fake ghee is prepared by mixing these things
Cheap and poor quality oils such as vegetable oil, melted butter, dalda and hydrogenated oil are used to adulterate ghee. Apart from this, mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes are also added to it.
Check the purity of ghee with salt
Can identify the purity of salt and ghee within a minute. For this, put two spoons of ghee in a vessel. Prepare a mixture by mixing one or two drops of hydrochloric acid with 1/2 teaspoon of salt in this vessel.
Now check the color of ghee after leaving it for about 20 minutes. If ghee is visible red or any other color, then it is adulterated.
Mixture of ghee can be caught with water
To identify whether ghee is adulterated or not, first fill a glass with water. Then take out ghee in a spoon and put it in it. If ghee starts floating in water, then it is pure. On the contrary, if ghee sinks under water, then it is adulterated.

Find out whether ghee is real or fake by rubbing it in the palm
To identify whether ghee is real or fake, take one spoon of ghee on the palms and rub it well. While doing this, when you are about 10-12 minutes, smell it. If ghee does not smell, then it is adulterated. Because pure ghee has a distinct strong aroma.

Identify pure ghee by boiling it
To identify whether ghee is pure or not, you can check by boiling it. For this, boil 3-4 spoons of ghee in a vessel, and leave it to cool in the same vessel for 24 hours. Check the ghee after the time is over.
If the color of the ghee is still yellow, it has not coagulated completely, and the smell remains as strong as before, then it is pure ghee.
