Fatal accident, spent 3 years in bed
Vikram had become a victim of a fatal accident, which ruined his life. This was when Vikram won the Best Actor title at an Inter College Festival at IIT Madras. Vikram was fond of acting since childhood. At the age of just 12, Vikram had decided that he had to become an actor. When she was in school, she played the role of a slave girl cotton picker in a musical ‘Steam Boat’. Vikram did not have any dialogue in this role. It didn’t seem like it would get better. Everything was spoiled from flesh to skin. When Vikram refused to amputate his leg, the doctors performed 23 surgeries on him. Vikram was operated one after the other for three years. Vikram remained bedridden for three years. Eventually the hard work paid off and Vikram’s leg was cured. After this, Vikram used to walk with the help of a crutch for about a year. But even after this the problems did not end. Sometimes Vikram gets infection in his leg and sometimes some other problem. In this way, Vikram kept getting dizzy in the hospital.

Hero made in 1990, flop films for 9 years
Vikram had told in an interview that he wanted to become an actor and this determination kept his courage. When he recovered, then he stepped into the film world. Vikram got his first chance to act in films in 1990. Then director CV Sridhar approached him for the lead role in one of his films.
