Deepika Kakkar was the flight attendant
Dipika Kakar was born on 6 August in 1986 in Pune. She never thought that she would become an actress. Rather, after completing school and college, Deepika Kakkar started working as a flight attendant in Jet Airways. He worked in it for three years. But due to some health issues, Deepika Kakkar had to leave that job and then she started scrambling to enter the acting world.
Used to go to fill gas on foot, always felt afraid
After coming to Mumbai, Deepika Kakkar faced a lot of struggle in the initial days. Deepika told the story of those difficult days and the hardships she faced in ‘Bigg Boss 12’. While talking to Neha Pendse, Deepika told that when she came to Mumbai from home, she had nothing but a suitcase. There was neither a roof over the head nor work. With great difficulty she got a house on rent and started living there. According to Deepika, she had a small gas stove to cook food, which she had to walk from Sion to Dadar every 15 days to get refilled. She could not go by bus even if she wanted to because she has a disease called ‘Enclophobia’. This is such a disease, in which a person is afraid of the crowd.
There was no fridge, used to store food in water
Deepika had told that she used to go barefoot from Sion to Dadar. When the work was not done properly, there was not even enough money to buy a fridge. In such a situation, Deepika used to store food and other things in water to save them from rotting. In the year 2010, Dipika Kakar got her first TV show called ‘Neer Bhare Tere Naina Devi’. After this she appeared in ‘Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo’. But Deepika got household recognition from ‘Sasural Simar Ka’. Deepika again took a break from acting in 2020 after doing the TV show ‘Kahan Hum Kahan Tum’.
