Seeking quashing of the ECIR dated August 8, 2021, second supplementary complaint dated August 17, 2022 and the proceedings arising therefrom, the actress has said in her plea that the evidence filed by the ED proves that she was a part of Chandrashekhar’s malicious targeted attack. “There is no indication of his involvement in helping her in laundering the alleged ill-gotten wealth,” the petition said.
