Delhi High Court summons ED on Jacqueliene Fernandez’s petition, seeks reply

The Delhi High Court has sought response from the ED on the plea of actress Jacqueline Fernandez, in which she has sought quashing of the FIR registered against her in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving alleged swindler Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
New Delhi. The Delhi High Court has sought response from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on actress Jacqueline Fernandez’s plea, in which she has sought quashing of the FIR registered against her in a Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving alleged swindler Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
Justice Jyoti Singh issued notice to the ED on the actress’ plea and listed the matter for next hearing on January 29, 2024. The plea has also sought quashing of the second supplementary charge sheet filed by the ED in the case and related proceedings pending before a trial court here. Fernandes is an accused in the money laundering case registered against Chandrashekhar.
