Vidhu Vinod Chopra further said, I asked, ‘Amit, do you travel very light?’ On this Amitabh Bachchan said, ‘No, Jaya told me, ‘You cannot tolerate Vinod for more than a week.’
Vidhu Vinod Chopra said, Amitabh Bachchan completed the film and he did not leave him. For this reason, he gifted a Rolls Royce worth Rs 4.5 crore to Big B. He tolerated me and did an excellent job in the film.
‘Eklavya’ did not perform very well at the box office. The film was rejected by the audience. It featured Vidya Balan, Saif Ali Khan, Sharmila Tagore, Sanjay Dutt and Boman Irani.
