Actually, it happened that a user named Incognito tweeted. It was written in it- ‘Nidhi, a student’s friend with me, had an interfaith affair. She asked her boyfriend to watch Kerala Story. He not only refused but also abused her and accused her of being Islamophobic. She got scared and asked her bf why he is so clingy and how can she be Islamophobic when she is dating a Muslim.

Further wrote in the tweet, ‘Her boyfriend replied that if she is not Islamophobic then she should convert to Islam and marry him. She agreed to this. But, she still wanted to see the film. So, she went to see the movie with my friend. Right after the film, she called her boyfriend and broke up. The story of Kerala is having the same effect on the society. That’s why they want to ban the film. Everyone is becoming aware.

Retweeting this, Devoleena replied. He said- ‘It is not always like this. My husband is a Muslim and came to watch the film with me and he appreciated it. He neither took it as a crime nor did he feel that it was against his religion. And I think every Indian should be like this. After this tweet people said that he will talk to him after 5 years as this will happen to him too.
