Dinky lags behind Salar in advance, Prashant Neels craze is rising in the audiences head

The year 2023 is about to end, with this the two most awaited films of this year are ready to release. Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Dinky’ is releasing on Thursday, 21st December. Shows have been scheduled from 5:55 am in Mumbai, while Prabhas’s ‘Salaar’ will hit the theaters on Friday, December 22. Fans are very excited about both the films. The interest of the audience in Salar is increasing. The reason for this is said to be that the audience is curious to know what kind of cinema director Prashant Neel is going to present to the audience after the KGF series. The first trailer of Salaar had disappointed the audience a bit, but the second trailer has succeeded in meeting their expectations.

Both the superstars are trying their best to make their films superhit at the box office. On one hand, there is pressure on Shahrukh Khan to make ‘Dinky’ a blockbuster after ‘Pathan’ and ‘Jawaan’, while on the other hand, Prabhas is looking for a superhit after three consecutive flop films. Advance booking of both the films has started. Both the films seem ready to make a grand opening at the box office. There is a tough competition in advance booking between ‘Dinky’ and ‘Salar’. Till now these films have collected crores of rupees in advance booking. While till now Shahrukh Khan’s film ‘Salaar’ was leading in advance bookings, now Prabhas’s film has defeated ‘Dinky’.

‘Saalar’ overtakes ‘Dinky’

Indian box office tracking website ‘Sacnilk’ has informed that ‘Salaar’ has earned Rs 12.67 crore from advance booking. The film has sold 5,77,406 tickets for 6439 shows. Whereas 3,60,508 tickets have been sold for 12608 shows of Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Dinky’. Due to which the film’s earning in advance booking has increased to Rs 10.26. Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Dinky’ may have got more shows, but the number of people watching ‘Salaar’ is more. Prabhas’s ‘Salaar’ has overtaken Shahrukh’s ‘Dinky’ by earning Rs 2.4 crore more in advance booking.

South Craze for ‘Saalar’ in

There is a different excitement being seen in the Telugu belt regarding Prabhas’s ‘Salaar’. So far, 3,82,617 tickets have been sold for the Telugu version of the film, resulting in a collection of Rs 8.78 crore. ‘Salaar’ has sold Rs 1.74 crore in advance booking in Hindi, 8,72,77 tickets have been sold for 978 shows of the film in Malayalam, resulting in a collection of Rs 1.2 crore.
