Paneer – 200 grams
Capsicum – 2 finely chopped
Onion – 3 finely chopped
Tomato – 2 crushed
Carom seeds – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Pavbhaji Masala – 2 tsp
Refined oil – 4 tbsp
salt – as per taste
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Thick curd – 1 bowl
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp

Method

First of all, you have to clean all the vegetables and chop them finely. After this, you have to add curd, turmeric, chili, garam masala, coriander, cumin powder, chaat masala, carom seeds, ginger-garlic paste and salt in a big vessel and mix well. After this, you have to cut the paneer into thick pieces and cover it by mixing it in the curd mixture.

After half an hour, you have to put a griddle on the gas and let it heat by adding oil, after that wrap the pieces of marinated paneer well in the curd mixture and keep it on the griddle. And bake the paneer well from all sides, after roasting turn off the gas.

Now you have to take a pan and heat it by adding oil. Add onion to it and cook on high flame. Add capsicum to it and fry for 5 minutes. Now add ground tomato, turmeric, salt and pavbhaji masala and roast it on low flame. When the oil starts leaving the spices, put the fried paneer in this spice and serve garnished with green coriander.
