Material

Rajma – 4 cups
Soda – 1 tsp
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
salt – as per taste
Red chili powder – 2 tsp
Green chili – 4
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Green coriander – 1 cup
water as needed
Cumin – 1 tsp
Dry ginger – 1 teaspoon
Curd – 3 cups
Kashmiri garam masala – 1 tsp
Ginger paste – 2 tsp

Method

First of all, you have to mix soda in Rajma and soak it for at least 6 hours. After this put the Rajma in a pressure cooker and boil it. Now you have to heat ghee in a pan and add cumin and asafoetida and cook it. Now add dry ginger, curd and ginger to it and fry well. After some time add salt, chili powder and green chilies to it. After mixing everything well, add kidney beans and cook for 5 minutes. Now you have to add Kashmiri garam masala and coriander powder. Kashmiri Rajma is ready to be made.
