Method
To make the famous lemon curry of Karnataka, you have to first take grated coconut and mix it with curd. Add cumin, red chili, sugar, salt as per taste and a little water along with it. Now you have to take a mixer jar and grind this whole mixture in a grinder to make a thick paste. When the paste is ready, take it out in a big bowl and add lemon juice.
Now you have to heat some oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves to it. After it is cooked, add the prepared paste. If you want, you can make it a little thinner and after cooking take it off and serve.
