Method
To make Dry Fruit Kachori, first of all you have to mix salt, carom seeds, some oil and lukewarm water in flour and knead it. After this, for the filling, mix all the ingredients except raisins and cashew-almonds and grind them in the mixer. Add cashew-almonds and raisins to this mixture. Now take a ball from the kneaded flour, fill it with filling and give it the shape of a Kachori and close it well and then heat oil in a pan and fry the Kachoris until they turn golden. Eat them comfortably throughout the festival.
