Elvish Yadav could not get bail for this reason

Elvish Yadav News: Popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police on March 17 in the snake poison case. Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner was sent on judicial remand for 14 days under the Wild Life Protection Act 1972.
In fact, last year an FIR was registered against him in Sector 39, after which he was called for questioning. On Wednesday, March 20, Elvish was taken to a local court in Noida for his bail hearing. However, he was not given any relief.
According to reports, the hearing was adjourned due to the ongoing strike of the local bar association. Let us tell you that this was the first bail hearing of Elvish after his arrest.
On November 3, 2023, Elvish Yadav and five others were booked under WPA and section 120B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code at Noida Sector 49 police station. He was accused of supplying snake venom to rave parties in Noida for recreational use.

Elvish Yadav is not getting any sleep in jail. Now he has been transferred from the quarantine cell to a high security barrack.
Last year, when the police raided the party, they recovered nine snakes, including five cobras. They also seized about 20 ml of snake venom.
Here, the parents of Elvish Yadav are in bad condition and crying. His mother has not eaten food for three days and is worried about her son’s return home.
Elvish’s father revealed in an interview that Elvish does not have any royal cars, nor does he have any property in Dubai. “He used to rent old cars to show his stunts in his YouTube videos and portray them as his new cars,” he said. He also revealed that Elvish used to borrow these cars from friends.
Abhishek Kumar recently expressed his views on the arrest of Elvish Yadav. He wrote, ‘During these challenging times, I support #ElvishYadav and have confidence in the judicial system to ensure justice.’
