On Sunday, Noida Police arrested Elvish Yadav in the snake venom case and sent him to judicial custody for 14 days. Actually, last year there was a rave party in Noida. In which the use of poison of cobra and krait snake species as drugs was confirmed. He has been charged under the Wildlife Act.

Elvish was accused of misbehaving with a journalist by snatching his microphone. The YouTuber reportedly got angry when asked about his visit to Vaishno Devi temple in December 2023. However, according to Elvish’s team, a person claiming to be a journalist grabbed the YouTuber’s friend’s shoulder after he refused to take a picture.
